The Oxford University African Society is proud to host its second pan-African conference. This one-day event provided an exciting forum for young African scholars and leaders to articulate and interrogate the ideals of Pan-Africanism in the 21st century.
This year the theme is: Building Capacity for a New Generation: The Case for Youth Leadership in Africa
We will update the conference website shortly.
Last year we focused on the meaning of Pan-Africanism in the context of globalisation and environmental injustice. You can view the discussions on the 2011 Conference Page.
